We usually sift our matcha to alleviate any clumping, but the Sun Goddess matcha comes out of the packet ready to mix. No sifting is needed.

The only negative thing that I see with this matcha is that the single serve packaging is not very environmentally friendly, but it makes this matcha so convenient and I believe it also contributes to its freshness and locks in the flavor. Also, I wanted to note that Pique Sun Goddess matcha sticks are not cheap, and although the color and flavor are very good, you are certainly also paying for convenience.
